Won't work. Look at the bazillion of other threads all asking the same question. Search.
If you want a real chip look for words like Crome, Hondata, K-Pro, etc... and pgmfi.org

On Board Diagnostics version 1
Everything since the mid-90's is required to have ODB2. ODB1 had less emissions control stuff that prevents tuning or makes it more difficult.
