do you guys think it'll be a good gain for this mod?here's the description of the item

[*]97 - 01 HONDA PRELUDE Si TYPE-SH 2.2L DOHC 16V VTEC H22A4 [/ul]
This package includes:
[*]4 pistons with pins & clips.[*]1 complete piston ring set for all 4 pistons.[/ul]

and i have a F23A5..would that help me in any types of gains in horsepower or torque or anything for that matter...

From your description it's a set of pistons.... they won't fit.... the f23a5 is a 2.3L engine and the H22A4 is a 2.2L so chances are your pistons are already bigger (diameter wise) than the ones you listed....

^Nope

The H22 is 87mm bore, the F23 is 86mm bore. You shouldn't go beyond a .5mm bore on stock sleeves. Also, you'd need a complete rebuild of the entire bottom end.

Well what if i just swapped my F23A5 cylinder heads for the F23A1...would there be any difference in performance...because right now my F23A5 is suppose to give me 135HP while the F23A1 gives off 150Hp...so do you guys think it would be worth swapping my cylinder heads..

No. You would have to get an ECU from an F23A1. Entirely too much money and work to do for a lousy 15 extra hp
