Turbo or H22? What is better for me.
 

Ok well Im going to keep the Accord and trade off the dsm that I wrote about in my 1st post.

So for the dsm my buddy will conpleatly turbo the F22 thats in it or pay for a H22 swap. Im really considering the turbo setup cus iv always wanted a turbo honda. But I really ant to know what yall think.

This car is going to be my DD and has to carry me and some times my famly ( wife and 2 kiddos)

So can you guys give me the pros and cons to both setups and just what yall think I should do.

They will both make about the same hp out of the box(assuming you are running a safe psi on the turbo). Turbo will make more tq. Turbo will also cost more(if done right). I personally am a fan of naturally aspirated, and love the H series. So ask for the money for a turbo kit, then buy a H and bolt ons lol.

I really dont know what to do, He says he will pay a guy we know off of HMT to custom make me a mani and all so we know we have a nice mani and not some ebay junk.

I guess why im really thinking turbo is becuse I was told f22's hold boost really well.

Wouldnt do much more than 7-8psi on a stock block.

About what would that net me in power?

And im new to the accord and the big F, is there a site out that sells only F 22 parts?

About 200hp, and more tq than a h22 makes stock. F22parts.com sells only f22 parts. Bisimoto.com sells a lot of f22 parts.

Is this your only means of transportation for you and your family? If it is, I would say don't do it.

Boost will make more power ..... and takes future upgrades very well. What does a no-lift-shift do for you on an H22? Nothing!!!! On boost? drops 0.2-0.5 sec. on the $0.25
