Default turboing a h22

is it ok to turbo a f22a or a h22a without sleeving the motor? i was wanting to turbo a h22 if i did a swap or just turbo my f22 if it would hold together with low boost around 9p or 10pof boost.

Probably 8, maaaaybe 10. Prelude SiR has either an H22 or H23, both will fit fine. KevinAccord turboed his 6th gen auto at 7 psi, I don't know is that low of a pressure will give you a very loud "pshh" sound from the BOV.

with aftermarket, forged internals you can run an F22 safely at high boost without sleeving it.
an H22 is a different story, they have a type of composite sleeve, and I wouldnt recommend going over 9PSI on the sleeves, although turbocharging a stock H22 is a terrible idea anyway.
