Does anyone know where I can get an aftermarket valve cover for 92 honda accord ex 2.2L F22A6? I been looking for one for a while to give it the engine a good look....
please need feedback...

 

Did you try painting yours? I've seen a place somewhere that old ones that were painted all cool-like but can't remember where.

 

Yeah, if you paint it properly it can really look nice, but it's pretty time consuming. The things you have to do are pretty obvious: Take the valve cover off, take all the old paint off that you can, put new paint on in a couple layers, let it dry and put it back on. I remember reading a DYI on it somewhere...can't quite remember.

 

it sucks but there aren't any for this gen. anymore other than used.....best thing is to get a used one and strip it and polish it yourself or have a machine shp do it for a really nice shine or chrome it, though polishing is best.
