To get better gas mileage you do all the things that you just typed in the post above this one:

I'm getting around 26 City, 33 highway. Pretty happy with the mileage. Of course I'm coming from an old BMW 740IL that got about 16 city and maybe 19 highway, Nice to save a few pennies on gas, as it seems to be going up everyday lately !!!

you got that right! i was getting probably 15 city 20 highway. i just cleaned my egr plenum chamber and wow! that was clogged, all port holes and the chamber was caked with crap.filled the car up after the job and know it seems better. my cel of p0401 triggered the problem. i thought by just clening the egr and cleaning the ports where the egr is attached with be good enough, wrong answer. so i hope from now on i will be in the same league as you.

I get 28 miles HWY and around 21 in the city. I am always racing around town so that is prolly why the city isn't so great.

1.2 miles per gallon improvement with K&N air filter. With the price of gas to probably
go over $3 a gallon this summer, I'll take anything I can get !! $3 a gallon, that's crazy !!

2001 Accord EX with 124000 on it. I get about 25 in town, but I filled my tank up the other day, reset the mileage, and went 250 miles and was at 1/2 tank. Whatever that is, probably 45 hwy miles. I've gone from Orlando, FL to Syracuse, NY filling up once in Orlando, twice on the road, then when i got to Syracuse.
