that's a common swap to do but I believe there is more advantages with that head/block combo when doing a N/A build.... not certain on that though....

That's called a G23 build or sometimes a G23 Frankenstein (if memory serves...) do some searchs on google and on here and you'll find plenty of info on it.

Lots of people boost that motor with the stock head....

 

I think the H22 head is used for NA builds. The H23 is non-VTEC, so it's easier to tune for a turbo setup.

 

Just keep the head you have.

 

Y should i keep the head that i have on there cause i have the SCHO

 

Cuz its easier to work with and cheaper.

What are you trying to accomplish? Do you want a fun daily driver or a track car? You can get HP out of any motor as long as you have the money to do it. If you are on some kind of low budget, then do what BCK said and just keep the motor. Search the forums on what people do with the F22 and see what you wanna do.

 

I want a fun daily driver n i would like to get about 12 to 15 psi o yea i would like to kno to how many hp can tha tans can hold up to n would i have to swap tha ECU

 

How many thousands of dollars do you plan to spend. You are looking at a 5 figure project for a car that's worth about 3 grand.
