2001 Honda Accord (4-dr)

The passenger side mirror won't adjust Up/Dwn up/down. L/R is fine.

It started this months ago, and I could usually 'recover' by going the the L/R limits. But that trick won't work anymore.

1- May I "assume" it's the mirror motor and not the door switch?

2- If so, is this DIY doable, or do I need to let my mechanic have it?
I'm just a 'shade tree' mechanic. If this needs special tool, I probably Don't have them.

3- If not DIY, what's a "ballpark" price for a replacement mirror?
