My turn signal is broke, everything works but high beams,and that's just cause lever won't go back far enough.I just need to replace lever I think,somethings broke..

 

The entire stalk and switch assy are replaced as a unit. Numerous used parts available on ebay at reasonable prices. Here's one:

Awesome,is there a write up anywhere on replacing? I've looked and looked and not finding anything on a,01 accord.Thanks again TexasHonda!

 

Look under Youtube for videos on replacing the ignition switch assy. This requires removal of upper/lower steering column shells (very obvious though).

Once shells are removed (3-4 screws), some additional screws release the turn signal switch assy. Plug in new switch and replace shells.
