Got a little update from the dealer and hopefully I get a answer today but something keeps blowing the #13 fuse on the driver side panel which is the starter signal fuse. Any ideas what that could be in case the dealer can't figure it out?

 

I would have to start with the "ends" and work your way back. It looks like that goes to "A24" at the PCM and the Main relay (pin #2). With those unplugged, check each for continuity back to the fuse panel.....and for continuity to ground - which as you know it should not.
