Default 02 accord overheating when idle (tried everything)

My car overheats when idling, then cools down when I go. I read a similar post of this problem. However, I now have fixed the fans, just got new water pump and timing belt and radiator cap. What else could it possibly be? I got a new radiator about a year or 2 ago. I see no visible signs of a leak. Any ideas? Please help!!!!

When the temperature gauge gets to above the half way mark, do both fans on the radiator turn on when the engine is running?

when the engine is running and starting to get hot, touch each radiator hose. See if there is a big difference in temperature between them. Be careful, because the hoses can be very hot.

Poorman- I just got it out of the shop they added coolant and assume the air is bled out.

PA- I'll go check on the hoses. I know before they changed the waterpump there was no pressure, but now there is pressure again and the main one is hot, but I'll go check the others.

Also, there is something leaking by the front passengers side tire. Could be water from the a/c, but not sure where everything is located...

If the leak is water and is is coming from a rubber tube through the firewall in the engine bay on the passenger side of the car, then it is water condensation from the a/c evaporator and this is normal.
