Default 02 Honda Accord SE 4cyl VTech dies on throttle

Hey guys,
So as the title says I have a 2002 Honda Accord SE 4 door 2.3l VTech, it has 250k miles on it, about a month ago I had a coolant line in the back of the engine tear, I replaced it but after I replaced it and filled back up with coolant everytime i try to give it gas it will hesitate and die if i dont feather it, and even if i do feather it, it wont go above 20 mph, the RPMs just start bouncing up and down. I am stumped and unfortunately im not in a position to afford to take it to a mechanic, and i dont have another vehicle. Below i will list the things ive done to try and fix the problem, also i will post pictures of the live data i have from OBD2.

Things I've done for repairing.
  1. Removed and cleaned the EGR
  2. Removed the throttle body and cleaned.
  3. Changed the spark plugs.
  4. Cleaned the distributor cap.
  5. Changed the oil, and oil filter.
  6. replaced busted coolant line and refilled coolant.
  7. I did a compression test for all 4 cylinders, they were within range. Cylinder 1: 165psi. Cylinder 2: 170psi. Cylinder 3: 170psi. Cylinder 4: 165psi.
  8. Removed the catalytic converter to see if it was clogged, and it was not but I cleaned it up anyways.
  9. Checked the throttle cable to make sure it wasn't hanging up.
  10. Checked all my fuses.
I am stumped now and haven't been able to figure it out, i never did a lot of work on cars until , so im still learning, but im willing to try whatever i need to do to fix this. Here are some pictures for more info.

these are idle readings

Thank you all in advance for any help you can provide.

Does the coolant temp gauge fluctuate when the rpm is fluctuating? When you filled the cooling system, did you remove the radiator cap and fill the radiator? Did you allow the engine to run and circulate the coolant to purge any air?

Hi, thanks for the response, no the temp doesn't fluctuate, i did fill the radiator through the cap as well as filled the reservoir, do you run it with cap off to purge air out?

Running it with the cap off will purge air. My funnel fits into the radiator cap and prevents making a mess with coolant burping from the radiator.

I can't remember if the 97 or the 02 was the last year where the thermostat housing had a bleeder to help fill the system.

I'm assuming you replaced or cleaned the IAC? Otherwise, what about a sensor? MAF Sensor. Maybe an O2 sensor? To be fair some times it's possible to have your car checked by a mechanic and not charge you. But they might charge to do what you just did and if they have to do some thing complicated they might charge. You can ask and give them the information. But most times, they will just say oh just bring it in, let me check. Like some of those tire shops kind of charge for just plugging into a computer (OB2). Make sure to ask, it's worth a shot.

When you replaced the hose, did you happen to remove any wire connectors on the throttle body?
