03 accord 4cyl shift issues

03 accord 4cyl shift issues

Car drives fine until I try and floor it above 3900 rpm, car shakes like crazy and I have to let off, other then that I can drive normal under 3900 rpm, dcm code p1259 was shown at autozone diagnostic

Yes. I only found problems how it would down shift or slip, it won't shift is the problem pass 3900 rpm
