04 Accord Tail Light Lens replacement

04 Accord Tail Light Lens replacement

How do you replace the Tail Light Lens on a 2004 Accord. This is the one on the fender. I have removed all visable nuts and screws.

Looks like there's a bracket under the lamp housing. Gotta remove the bumper skin??? Or maybe you can reach that from underneath?
