I had my transmission repaired per the recall. Now I have noticed my fuel economy has dropped. I was getting 28 to 31 mpg, and now I'm running 24 to 24 mpg. Any ideas?? I run synthetic oil on a 5K interval. All maintance is done and my driving habits haven't changed. This car is my weekend/date car.

I can't see how the trans fix would do damage to MPG. Are you basing the loss on one tank of fuel or several?
