Did you ever check the fuses I mentioned in post #4 of this other thread or yours?

Did you check them since the O2 change and the new code? Possible something could have happened during the replacement that might have blown the fuse(s)....stranger things have happened.

If they are good, do a good recheck of the work. Again it is kind of tight in there so be sure the connector is fully seated and nothing happened when trying to un-connect or re-connect it.

Then get the volt meter out and follow the testing tree.

I scanned the engine right after i replace the upstream o2 sensor and get the P0135 code. Should i run the engine for 15 minutes before i scan the engine?

Just clear the code(s), then see if the code returns.

What brand and part number did you use for the new O2 sensor?

I got a problem! I connected the Maxiscan OBD reader to the car and then turn the ignition key to "on" and read the code and erased the code. Then, i started the engine while the OBD reader is connected! the engine wont start. Then i unplugged the obd reader and start the engine again, the engine wont crank and wont start. Did i damage the PCM? i have disconnect the battery and reconnect it, same thing. i measured the battery voltage and it is 11.57 volt, i am taking it to autozone to recharge it, i hope that is the reason.

Generally, having an OBD scanner connected will not damage the PCM. Many scanner are capable of reading live data while a car is running.

First, check under-hood Fuse No. 8 (15A).

After fully recharging the battery, I can start the car! but i can not understand why the battery is drained out so quickly, as it was a new battery. The other thing i noticed after i replaced the oxygen sensor is that the radio is always generating a humming noise even when the car is completely shut down. The noise will only go away if i unplug the radio fuse.

I've bought new batties with dead cells in them before. In fact I got 1 from O'Reilly's a few weeks ago. Just because it's new, doesn't mean it's good. Sorry, but I've been dealing with parts suppliers for too long now.

If the radio continues to make a humming noise, then something is continuing to use power when you think everything is shut off. If it shuts off with the radio fuse, then a wiring drawing will show you everything that it powered through that fuse. Something in there isn't turning off like it should.
