Hi There,
I try to replace the coolant thermostat of my 2006 Honda Accord, i purchased a thermostat with temperature rating of 78 Deg C, would that be OK?

Should be ok, can get tricky. The t-stat really has two temps, "start to open" and "fully open".

Start to open is in the 78 C range, full open is 90 C.

Personally this is one of those things I like to get from the dealer - runs about $36 from them.

EDIT: I'm assuming this is a 4 cyl engine
