When I plug my charger into both, they say they're working? This sentence is confusing. How do they say they are working?

Did the charging problem happen at the same time on both power outlets?

Do you have a different item that can plug into the power outlets to see if your charger is not working?

 

Just in case you didn't know, the power outlets are not powered unless the key is in the on position (position 2).
