175lbs good??

so my motor is toast and im thinkin im just going to by the same engine and sell the whole car....i found a 91 and the guy said it tested at 175lbs compression? for $350.....is this good or what should it be? also what all kind of things should i look for? or ask?

175 is pretty good from what I know of those engines. Make sure that it's even/semi-consistent accross all 4 cylinders. The price sounds about right too.

Ask for the compression on each cylinder. As nasty said, that sounds pretty good. Lots of numbers on compressin tests I have seen have been in the 160's or even 150's.
