1990 accord dx manual window issue
hey y'all!
I just bought a 90 accord dx with 152k miles. I LOVE THIS CAR. i have always wanted a honda and considering i am tired of dumping thousands into older american cars, i went with a good ole honda. i paid 2k for it and then i had to pay 300 for a new radiator but its like new now. my question is, i have roll down windows. my drivers side front door window goes down easy for 1/4 of the way and then is very hard so i don't go past that hard point. how do i take the door panel off so i do not break anything to get to the regulator? someone said to lubricate the gears and if that doesnt work, to get a used one and replace it. the crank is fine, and the window is on track and also fine. any help would be great.
also, when at idle at a stop sign or something, the rpm's are a little lower than 1k and there is a bit of a roughness to it. is that a normal spot for rpm's and is that slight rough of an idle a honda thing?
any help would be great. thank you so much.

You can find the parts breakdown for the door panel at this website;
http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/
Also be sure to clean & lube the window run channel. Silicone spray is good for it.
As far as the idle speed, around 750 RPM is normal.
You can clean the screen on the IACV and get the ring of crud out of the throttle plate area. Berrymans B-12 is my favorite flavor carb cleaner.
Use a soft bristle brush [toothbrush] for cleaning around the throttle plate
