Default 1991 Accord electrical quirks

1991 Accord LX 170,700 miles, original owner. When I turn the wipers on the radio cuts out. When the wipers stop radio works again. Also, other lights on instrument panel are intermittent (turn signals, seat belt warning light but not related to wipers being turned on) Any ideas on how to fix this electrical short.

I would start by cleaning the grounds that you can find. You'll probably need a shop manual to locate the grounds. The 94 shop manual may give you an idea of where they are located. You can download them from the online shop manuals link in the common DIY threads in the second post of this forum.

Default New Problem

Electrical Quirks continue. Front Passenger window will not work. Tested the motor...fine. Tested the switch and its broken. My shop manual does not have the switch part number. Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

I would probably get one from a junkyard. You can get the honda part number from a site like hondapartsnow.com, hondapartsdeals.com, majestic honda.

Ebay is another option.

You need to make sure you get a switch for a 4-door or a 2-door depending on what car you have.
