1991 Honda Accord Door Key Replacement

I lost the key to my car door. How can I get a replacement? Need it ASAP, as I have no way of locking/unlocking my doors.

Do you not have ANY keys now?

Maybe a dealer can cut you a key based on the car's VIN? Otherwise, I guess you need a locksmith.
