Default 1993 Accord SRS stay on, what plug do i remove?

I have been on you tube, and was reading through the Haynes manual, but i am still confused about which Yellow plug to remove to reset my SRS.

According to U tube, there is supposed to be a 2 PLUG connector, that needs to be removed in order to reset the SRS.
Well i pretty much followed every plug that has a yellow wire going to it, and i have not come up with anything resembling a 2 plug connector.
Maybe i am looking in the wrong spot, but according to all the videos(of course , not 1 for a 1993 accord) it should be right under the steering wheel column.

Can some one please help me out here?

On my 95, the SRS plug was closer to the drivers door. It was behind the plastic panel where you left knee is pointing when sitting in the car. The connector you are looking for will be plugged into a connector with no wires going to it.
