Default 1996 honda accord fuel filter???? -- hard to replace???

Hey guys ~

I did everything I could today to try to replace my fuel filter in my 96' accord and the bottom nut on the filter seems impossible to loosen. bashed my hands multiple times trying to do it, really think its ridiculous to put it way below the steering column side like that with no space to maneuver... anyone have any tricks or suggestions for doing this? and does anyone know how much it would cost to have a shop do it? (i already have the filter..)

Thanks in advance everyone!

Crows foot line wrench is the key. About 4 bucks at Northern Tool. You will need some extensions for your ratchet.
