Default 1996 LX Rough Running

I have a '96 LX 5-speed with 169K. I have owned it for a little over a year and it has been a reliable and smooth running car. About 2 weekends ago I replaced the plugs and wires. The following Monday my family took a trip and one of the wires (number 2 cylinder) became unattached. This happened twice so I exchanged the set and it ran great for about 1 week. Recently it had begun to run rough, especially above 2500 RPM. All wires are connected well. Is it possible that the #2 plug is fouled? Or could it be an unrelated problem?

Plugs are NGKs and Wires are Autolite.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Check the plugs and wires again. Work backwards from what you last did. There's prolly a fouled plug or something.
