92 Accord - Engine running rough, using a lot of gas

I have a 92 Accord thatwas running pretty rough a few moths ago and using a huge amount of gas compared to normal. I took it in to get looked at the the tech said that it was basically only running on 3 cylinders. He found some corrosion on one of the plug wires and said that was the problem. I replaced the plug wires and everything seemed to be fine. Engine was running smooth again. The weather here in Cinicinnati has been pretty cold of the past few weeks andI have noticed that I am starting to use a ton of gas again. The engine seems to be still be running fine, but I'm probably using 25% more gas than normal. Anybody have any idea???? Thanks.
chk the plugs, timing, vacc leaks, ,,,also do you run the car more to let it warm up ?? also when cold weather engine runs more at higher rpm ( takes longer to warm up ) when starting from cold ..( overnight ) or sitting for a long time
like desert said check the plugs, if one wasn't firing so well the others may have fouled, replace with NGK as needed (heck just replace them it'll cost like $5.00 to do it), make sure your air filter isn't clogged or dirty and check the timing/vacc leaks as suggested by desert, those items (very little cost to you) should be great for improving mileage, you could run some seafoam or fuel injector cleaner through as well....
My input verifies the other two members and I add the fuel injection system may be malfunctioning which would cause larger fuel consumption also..

one thing that i forgot to mention first and foremost of course chk for fuel leaks,, at the tank., at the injectors seals, at fuel filter, fuel rail . fuel lines ........If any leaks repair as needed ..
