When you say the fan won't spin, are you talking about the fan inside of the car? Or the fans bolted to the radiator in the engine bay?

Please verify that the fans on the radiator do not turn on when you have the engine running and you turn on the a/c.

You will have to do some diagnostics on your car. First, check all fuses.

For more detailed tests, you will need a volt meter.

I would unplug the pressure switch electrical connector. That is located under the battery on one of the a/c lines. Turn the key to the II position and turn on the a/c and the fan. The red/wht wire should have 12V to ground (any bare metal bolt). The blu/red wire should have continuity to ground.

The blower - the one that moves air thru the vents inside the car - Does it work?

If not, please check the #8 fuse (7.5 amp) in the underdash fuse box...top row, third one when going left to right (the first is listed as a spare so there maybe a fuse there or a blank spot)......PLEASE note, I'm using a 95 US Accord wire diagram ? Hope it is the same in your 97.....in the US, it is the same gen but there can be differences in gens and then the factyou are not in the US...who knows.

Do you have a volt meter or test light to do some testing of the blower motor - again the one that blows air thru the vents inside the car?

Next, your last post is of concern. When the car is on and it gets to "temp" such that the fans are "told" to come on. BOTH fans should come on. So with the car sitting in the driveway and engine running, as it heats up, both fans should come on, the cycle off......the one that is not coming on needs to be tested.

Will have to double check that only one comes on.
I'm sure though that the evap motor don't run.
Gonna try find the lay out of the fuse box in the engine bay because it has 4 relays in it.
