Default 1998 accord lx 4 cyl engine starts but will not accelerate.

My engine starts and idles but cuts out when I try to push on the gas. I have replaced the fuel pump and the fuel pressure regulator. I have not checked the fuel pressure yet. Bought a gauge but whether is not permitting today. Are there any suggestions? Also no engine lights.

You said no engine lights. Just so we don't taking anything for granted, does the check-engine light come on for its 2-second bulb-check when you first turn the key on?

Yes the engine light does come on when I turn the key on and also I can hear the fuel pump for the same amount of too.

Ok, that's what it's supposed to do. This also means your main relay is working. Now you have to finish checking for fuel, then check for spark (you'll probably need a helper for that, even if all they do is turn the key). You could loosen the cap nut at the fuel rail, and see if you have fuel under pressure there.
As for checking for spark, if you have an old plug, pull plug #1 wire off, and connect it to the spare plug, turn the engine over and look for spark at the electrode end. If you don't have a spare plug, pull #1 plug out after removing the plug wire from it, then connect it like above. Make sure you have a good clean spot for the plug to ground on (at the base). Let us know what you find.

Remember in my original post, the car starts and runs at an idle. But when I try to push on the gas it stutters. I can get it up to higher rpm’s if I slowly push on the gas. But if I push it normal. It will cut out. I will check the fuel pressure next.
