Default 1998engine compartment fuse box removal

Folks,

This started as a headlight problem that I've now track down to a BLU/RED wire from the fuse box to the passenger side fuse box. Long story short a jumper from the relay 1 coil to the C13 connector fixes the lights. I've removed the one obvious bolt near the tire well and the box slides left/right slightly BUT does not lift out. Seems to be clipped somehow to a bracket attached to the firewall. Any clues on how to get this out so I can check the connector at the engine fuse box?

Pretty close. Looks like I have to remove that #11 bracket? I have the bolt that goes into the firewall loosened. The second attachment to the left looks like a plastic push on of some sort. Looks like there are two tabs on the bottom of the bracket does the box slide up or down to disconnect, or should I just take the bracket off the firewall?

Thanks,
Bob

Now that I look at it, I wonder if the 2 tabs on the sticking up on the outer ends of the #11 bracket snap into some kind of slot in the fusebox body. If they are what I think, you take a small flat-blade screwdriver and push them to release a little snap or barb of some kind. Then the fusebox body pulls upwards off of the bracket.

Problem is this is a drawing for purchasing parts, not a proper disassembly instructions like you find in the shop manual.
