Default 1999 accord starting problems lots of new parts

I have a 1999 accord lx v6. I replaced the ignition and immobilizer. I then had the locksmith program the new keys. There is no more green key light flashing on the dash, only comes on when I first turn on ignition the turns off after a few seconds and no check engine light. Car gets fuel now but no spark. Key sometimes sticks in the ignition. I also dont have a key fob for the alarm but alarm does not sound. Any suggestions and diagnostic test procedures would be great. I gotta get this car out of my garage and sold so I dont have anymore headaches with it.

Thank you Tommy T

Check the alarm. You may have to reset the alarm.

Are you talking about with the key fob. the key fob was lost with keys. I tried putting the key in the door and unlocking it. the sercurity light on the d/s front door lock doesnt light up. When the battery is hooked up the key wont turn off all the way unless I disco the battery. I know it needs a battery but it does it with the charger hooked up and on jump start. Any suggestions? How would I go about resetting the alarm?

Does your car have a security system?

with the ignition on the blue wire from the icm to the coil has power but pulses. with me cranking the wire loses complete power and no pulse. I even replaced the icm twice. the yellow/green wire from the ecu to the icm had 3.5v signal no pulse.

What about the blk/yel wire going to the coil? Does it have power with the key in the II position?

Yes they all have power. the yel/blk to the coil and the blk/yel to the icm from the coil both have power.

Remove the distributor cap and check that the wires going to the ICM are not damaged. Also make sure they are properly seated on the metal posts for the ICM (aka ignitor).
