Default 1999 EX Accord Lock issues-multiplex?

So we have 1999 accord ex model that is having some door lock issues. Neither the switch, fob, or aftermarket alarm remote will lock or unlock the doors. When activating the switch, you can hear a relay or something click under the passeneger side dash near the fuse box, and possibly some movement at the actuators, but no movement at all. I've tried the wiper reset with no success.. Based on some research, I have a feeling that the multiplex could be defective, and just wanted some outside opinions on this... The trunk release works like a charm, and my door triggers work fine, which I know they are in a related circuit, or at least are in the same area..

Is there even a multiplex unit there? Is there a way I can test it before I replace it? Is it fairly easy to replace if I am used to dash disassembly? What kind of price might I be looking at for the unit?

Thanks in advance for any help!

What do you mean by "door triggers"?

There is a multiplex on both sides....and if my failing memory is correct the pass side "controls" the locks but of course it gets "signals" from the drivers side.

So bottom line, suggest getting a good manual-there is a link in the common DIY Threads or purchase one (automanualsource ~$22 to $27) and do some testing....I'm on vacation and don't have any of my normal stuff or would give a few tips....sorry.

If it is the multiplex, try looking online for a used one (car-part, ect).

I'm hoping it's just some connections or fuses, but if multiplexor turns out to be your issue - I have one that I can hook you up with for $45 SHIPPED. Hit me up.

Hi danny.cody22,
Did you take care of your problem? If not I have the power door lock circuit wiring diagram that I can email you. Let me know if you can use it.
