Default 2.4 Accord Fuel Issues

Fuel Injectors
I'm working on a 2005 honda 2.4
I have gas up to the rail.
I have spark.
car will not fire I have sprayed gas into the intake and it does fire.
what opens the injectors to spray gas.
How do I test injectors?
Does a Throttle Position Sensor failure cause this?.
I have no codes at all.
I have not replaced or tested the injectors yet.
the car had intermittent hesitation/jerking while driving.
it made it to the driveway and now will not start at all or fire.

The wiring plug that fits on each injector is what makes the injector fire. You can test that with a "noid light" (silly name) that plugs between the injector & the wire harness.

If that doesn't blink when you try to start, then you need to troubleshoot the circuit feeding those wires.
If that DOES blink, then you're looking at failed injectors. (Seems unlikely that all would fail at the same time)

Got a multi-meter & know how to use it?
I don't have a circuit drawing for 2005, so this is based on Honda's normal way of doing things...
Each of the 4 injectors will have 2 wires - one of them is the same color on all 4. That wire should have continuous power when the ignition switch is turned ON. Check that with the meter's red lead (black lead on an engine ground).
(The other wire on each injector connects to the PCM which switches a ground connection on & off to fire the injector)

I'm moving this to General Tech where you'll probably get more people to help out.
