Default 2000 Accord--fixed my window; broke my car!

So my drivers side window got stuck in the down position. A bit of googling told me that I needed a new regulator. $50 later, that's installed.

However, now when I go and turn the key to test everything, my dash lights blink and I get a loud clicking noise from the passenger side dash of the car. From what I've found there's a "main relay" of some sort there and possible causes could either be a low battery (testing that now by trickle charging all night), or a bad ground.

Are there any ground points in the door that I need to check or fuses that could cause this issue?

First check passenger side under-dash fuse no. 13 (7.5A) and driver side under-dash fuse no. 9 (7.5A).
