2000 Honda Accord - All Dash Lights Intermittent
Good Morning,
I've seen stuff like this posted a few times, mines differs slightly. I own a 2000 Honda Acoord 2.3 Vtech. Yesterday all the lights on my dash lit up and was acting extremely sluggish. Checked Voltage at alternator, showed 10.4V. Changed the alternator last night after charging battery. Checked alternator afterwards and read 14.6V. Drove car and all the lights and sluggish behavior was gone.
Fast forward to today, as I was driving to work; all dash lights illuminated, flickered a few times and then went out. There is no timing associated with this, as the lights will flicker sporadically as compared to staying on completely like before. I am going to check grounds this evening and also disconnected my stereo amp then drive around some to see if that works. Anyone have any ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Intermittent problems are difficult to diagnose.
You may want to hook up your volt meter on the battery while the engine is running. Try shaking the battery cables to see if you get a change in voltage.
The wiring to the alternator is something else to check this way. Be very careful when working around an alternator with the spinning pulley.
Does the 2000 accord have an auto-tensioner for the serpentine belt?

Is the problem only with the dash lights? Do the gauges still work when this is happening?
The best way to isolate the problem is to figure out which items are acting up when it happens, then you can start narrowing down the circuit by observing what is flickering.
