What about the reading on the grn/yellow wire on switch plug? Being 1.0v what does that indicate when you said it should be 5-12 volts. Going to check other plug in a few

It depends on the other readings you get at the fan control box.

Okay, here we go. (All readings taken with switch in II position)
Green - 11.45v
Blk/Yellow - 11.87v
Yell/white - 11.5v
Yellow - 11.45
White - 11.8v
Black/Yellow - 11.8v
White/Green - 11.1v
Blk - 0v

Voltage on Low Pressure Switch - 2.5v-2.6v when using frame as ground, it was 0v when using engine as ground. Also switch ohmed out 5.5 ohms.

Thanks for your help in this again. Hope this gives you another piece to the puzzle.

Are you doing the voltage tests with the electrical connector plugged into the fan control module?

Oops, misread the wiring diagram. On the pressure switch, what voltage are you reading on the blu/red wire?

Doing all tests with the plugs connected and just sticking an upholstry pin in back of plug and connecting voltmeter to the pin. I'll have to measure the blue/red wire. Be back with info in about 10-15 mins.

Sorry I posted response yesterday but i must have it post. Here are the numbers for each wire. All readings are given with plugs connected and using an upholstry pin to probe the back of the plug.

First the fan module behind the passenger dash:
Green - 11.45v
Blk/Yellow - 11.78v
Yell/White - 11.5v
Yellow - 11.45v
White - 11.8v
Blk/Yellow - 11.79v
White/Green - 11.1v
Black - 0v

On Low Pressure Switch:
Green/Yellow - 4.7v
Blue/Red - 4.7v

Switch ohmed out at 5.2 ohms

Sorry for not realizing it didnt post. If you have any ideas so I can get this fixed ASAP I would greatly appreciate it.

The yel/grn wire should not have voltage. That is the ground side of the switch.

Try this test. It is a HVAC self-diagnostics.

1. Turn the key to the II position.
2. Set the temperature dial on Max Cool, then slowly turn it to Max Hot.
3. After 1 minute, press the AUTO buttons and then the OFF button. Continue to hold both buttons down. If there is any abnormality in the system when both buttons are pressed, the temperature indicator will light up the segment corresponding to the error. The temperature indicator will then alternate every second between displaying 88 (all segments lit) and the error segment. If there is no abnormality, the segments will not light up.

4. Turn the key off to stop the self diagnostic test.

Here is a pic of the segments. Hope this makes sense.

Will try in the morning, any idea what the error codes means. Like what A means or what E would mean. Is there a list anywhere?
