2001 Accord SRS Problem
I was putting in a new head unit today and in the process unplugged an SRS harness behind the radio. When I went to test the radio connections before putting everything else back in, I left the SRS unplugged. Now after installation is complete, everything is hooked up - I checked twice - the light will NOT go off. I tried using the paper clip method to reset the light, but it doesnt seem to be working. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
Vehicle is a 2001 Accord EX V6.
I already had the seat belt connecter replaced. This was the cause of the light being on in the past.
Update:
I took everything apart and reset the SRS when the head unit, climate controls, etc were not plugged in. SRS reset sequence worked, i hooked up the head unit and climate control, now everything works
