Default 2001 Accord Strut Replacement Questions

I have a 2001 Accord SE 4 CYL with 140K miles on it. My ride has gotten very 'floaty' and 'bouncy' (real technical terms, I know) and I get a lot of 'clunking' when going over small bumps, particularly at highway speeds.

I am going to replace the stock strut assembly with Monroe Econo-Matic quick struts. I'm not looking for anything performance-oriented and I just want a decent strut that will last me a few years until I sell the car. I know these aren't very good struts but I got a good deal on rockauto so I went with them.

I am planning on doing the work myself. I don't have a lot of automotive knowledge but I'm not a total moron and my sister's bf is a mechanic so he can help if I get stuck. From what I understand quick struts are pretty easy to install anyways.

The main question that I have is whether or not there is anything else that I should replace while I am doing the struts. Any bushings, etc. that could be worn that I should replace while I am already doing the work? While I am in there replacing the struts I would like to do anything else that it makes sense to do at the time.

Thanks. I did a search but I couldn't really find an answer.

Nothing really that I would call a "while you are there". Now of course, when you are removing things check (cracks, worn, loose, ect) them and replace if needed.
