Default Strut/susp ? for 2001 accord sedan.

2001 accord ex sedan. Now over 170k miles on car. Ride is getting "mushy". Considering updating struts/shocks, etc. Any "while you are in there's" appreciated. Wise to change out sway bar bushings? Or upgrade them?

Just a "daily driver", wouldn't mind a bit stiffer, but no lowering, etc.

Input appreciated.

Looks like kyb is the OEM? Am also interested in mounting bushings, etc. Wish to do it "right", not the least costly. There's good parts and poor ones, IMHO. Is it wise to do control arm, etc?
Thanks, tnci

I would inspect everything and replace what is worn. There isn't really "while you are there" with the struts/springs.....inspect and replace while you are there.

You may want to price the whole shock/spring assembly from an online honda parts site, like hondapartsnow.com or majestic honda. The whole assembly may be cheaper than you think and a relatively quick DIY installation.

Thanks for the advice. Sounds like the "kits" are the way to go. Will plan on sway bushings, too.
