Default 94 honda accord lx- idle problem

im new to this. maybe u can help me. my 94 accord lx has an idle that surges up between 1500 and 2500. I changed the idle air control valve. I cleaned the throttle body housing and the the idle screw . I took out the fuel injectors and cleaned the carbon build up under the egr valve. I cleaned the ports out of under the long plate which is under the injectors. just doing what people tell me to. I bled the anti freeze from the bleeder vale and let the car run for 10 mins without the 7.5 amp fuse as I've read here. the car is still racing. im puzzled. any ideas about other things to change or clean. is there an article I can read somewhere. I don't want to take this old car to the dealer to fix. help please.

I've moved this to General Tech for better answers.

Did this just start all at once or was there some work done just before this started?

Going to sound strange but check the hose from the PCV to the plenum chamber....also be sure the pcv is seated in the valve cover.

Also for the idle re-learn. Check for any stored codes first. Remove the fuse for ~ one minute. Put the fuse back in. Then start the car and let it run. It read like you ran the car with the fuse out, meaning as soon as you shut the car off the ecu re-set.

Also, make sure the FITV is clean and the plunger is snug:
