Default 2001 Sedan driver's headlight wiring problem?

I've tried replacing the bulb although it's not burnt out---there is still voltage going through it. The fuse is fine, but there is NO voltage coming from the connector plug. The dashboard clock light is also out if that gives any clues to anything else besides a wiring problem? Just wanted to cover all the bases before paying a mechanic to dig in there. Thanks!

For the headlight, it could be one of several things; it may be ground wire connection, or one of two relays. I will see if I can find the under-hood fuse/relay box diagram for your car.

The clock light is usually just a blown out bulb, quite common on your car. Here is the TSB regarding it:

Sorry to be so slow.....so with the headlights on, only one is working? For the low beam, power (12v) is the RED/YEL....are you getting voltage to that wire?
