2003 AC not working!

Question 2003 AC not working!

Hi!

I have a 2003 Honda Accord Coupe. This past weekend, I was driving around town and the AC suddenly stopped working. It was a really rainy day, and I noticed that it was not working when I tried to turn the Defroster on. My car has an electronic dashboard navigation system that controls the AC. The touchscreen of the navigation system responds to me trying to adjust the AC, but no air will come on.... not even hot air. I also tried the Auto air control that is on the dashboard (not a part of the touchscreen) and still no air. There is no strange noise, except I do notice that when I first turn the car on there is an electronic hum, like when a disk is trying to be read. Any clue what might be going on?

It may be your blower motor power transistor. Relatively easy to replace.

The link shows a DIY repair; but, you can easily replace it yourself. You can get the part from Honda.

You can also try to retrieve any trouble codes as shown in this link:

But, sounds like the power transistor.
