Ok,

My 2003 Accord EX just recently developed a problem where the AC will run warm for some time and then with some adjustment of the temperature dial, it will kick back in nice and cold. I was told that it could be a gate that controls the flowof cold or hot air (is that the sound I hear sometimes when I adjust the temperature?). Anybody with any experience with this? When the AC is running, it is pretty cold. I would say that this has happened 3 or 4 times, but it is obviously not working correctly. Any advice would be appreciated since I do not want to start swapping parts to find the problem. I did the audio-HVAC self diagnostic thing and no errors were found.
