Default 2004 Accord EX Dashboard Dead, Engine starts, stuck in park

2004 Accord EX has a dead dashboard. Dash lights go on when starting, then go off. Fuel,Gauges dead. Also, Turn signals, wipers, do not work. Cannot take car out of Park. All fuses have been triple checked and changed when in doubt.

Do the brake lights turn on when you press the brake pedal?

Default Brake lights worked

I tried resetting by adding a jumper wire between the two battery cables for 10 minutes. That did not work.
But, the brake lights work.

How did you test the fuses? By pulling them and looking at the fuse or with a test light/volt meter?

If you only tried by visual inspection, I'd turn the key to the II position and use a test light or volt meter connected to ground battery - ground to see if the fuses are getting power.

Below is a good video on testing. Let us know what fuses are missing power on one side and both sides.

Default Fuses are good.

The fuses are good. I used a meter on them. Even swapped similar number fuses around.

All fuses only had power on one side or both sides?

Default Replaced instrument cluster

I replaced the instrument cluster from a u pull it junk yard. I will retest all fuses today. It was a local tech who told me all fuses had been checked with a meter. I only swapped a few fuses. The local tech is telling me to buy a used in+cabin fuse box. Do I want that or an ECM Engine computer module?

Your problems sound like a power problem, so I'd think he meant the fuse box inside the car.

If you can, try the testing in the video I posted. It is possible you have a fuse blown upstream in the engine bay fuse box that feeds the internal fuse box before replacing the fuse box.

Default Fuses inside and under hood are all good

it is not a fuse. I was hoping for some one who had seen this problem in the past and solved it. I appreciate your assurance, but I know about fuses and how to test them.
