i need to replace the low beam headlight on our 04 accord not sure how to get the old one out? Is this something that has to be done by dealer?

 

no, theres no need to go to the dealer. just go to any auto parts store ( recomend auto zone) and tell them what part you need. All you have to do is pop the hood, locate the bulb you need to replace, unhook the power harness, and turn a quarter turn (not sure if its clockwise or counter) and pull out. just reverse the directions for instaliation of new bulb
