Default 2004 honda accord 3.0 ex crank but no start

I have a 2004 honda accord 3.0 ex. Automatic transmission

Got it from my neighbor a few weeks ago. When I got it, it ran fine, little slip in the transmission, but not the problem I'm concerned about.

The check engine light was on so I checked the code and found it to be regarding my knock sensor. Got a new knock sensor and new wiring for it (old wiring was chewed all the way through. To replace the knock sensor I removed the power steering pump & pulley to access the knock sensor. The car sat for a few days before I put the power steering back and put a new serpentine belt on.

I went to start the car. It cranked but did not start. First I checked for fuel by disconnecting a quick connect fitting in the engine bay. Fuel pump primed like normal. (don't know my fuel pressure, I just know I have fuel). Check for spark at plug, nothing. Checked for spark at coil pack, nothing. Check voltage at 3 pin wiring harness, 1 pin had constant 12vdc. Other two pins have nothing with key in any position including while engine cranks. I checked my ohms from pin to pin. Everything seemed to be right in line with everything I read online. Checked my fuses and relays and verified that I do have power at my fuse and through my relays. I also checked my battery with a test to verify it is still good.

I have tried to be thorough and trace my voltage down the line to find the culprit, but to no avail. Any advice would be much appreciated.

I'm assuming car was starting before you replaced K.S , if so, I would double chk the work you did make sure all connectors are plugged in properly and nothing loose
