I have a 2004 Honda that i bought and the turn signals work with the lights off but when you turn the lights on they don’t work and the right turn signal light just comes on and stays on now recently my tail lights just stopped working and my turn signals all together anyone can help me out plz

 

You'll have to test for power and ground at the bulb socket to figure out why the lights aren't working. A volt meter or test light will be needed.
