2005 accord coupe struggling to go past 3000rpm
Hi, my 2005 automatic accord coupe, 145000 miles currently is struggling to go past 3000 rpm when i slightly floor the gas. When i do give it a hard floor, it goes slightly about 3000rpm but wants to drop back down to below 3000rpm. I used to have this issue with a check engine light with my vtec solenoid and oil pressure switch, which i have now replaced and the light is gone, but the car still struggles to go above 3000rpm. I tried removing the battery and letting the car "reset" to see if that fixed it but it doesnt seem to. Not sure what else I can do.
Heres video of the slightly flooring it and you can see that its reluctant to go past 3000rpm

Did you have this issue right after you replaced the vtec solenoid, or did how long after the vtec solenoid replacment did this happen? Was any work done on the car right before this happened, or did you recently fill up the car with gas?
If you have a scanner, try scanning for codes to see if you have any pending or current codes.
