I have a 2005 honda accord coupe when i turn headlights on illumination around the radio and ac/heater control are very dimmed low and it wont increase with the adjuster **** any ideas what it might be thanks i noticed if i take a fuse from the engine compartment that works the parking lights off the illumination turn off but the light in the radio that shows the display gets brighter but not the numbers or ac,heater ***** they turn off .

 

Same thing happened on my '05 Accord LX until the factory radio stopped working completely now it dosen't happen.
