Hi, I'm changing my brakes and rotors and I don't know how to take this rotor off. I got the passenger side off easy with two screws but this side has a inner ring that rotates. Any help would be appreciated.

What part in your picture is spinning?

You shouldn't have to take off the axle nut to remove the rotor. The process should be the same as the other side, remove the 2 screws in that picture and the rotor should slide off. Sometimes the rotor can be stuck on the hub, so tapping with a hammer will release it.
