The storage bin door in the center console was stuck closed. I could not get it to open when pushing down. I had to force it up to open it. Now, it will not stay closed. There is no longer a "click" when pushing it down.

What did I probably break? (the door itself, the compartment, a spring)

How difficult is this to fix?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.....Jack

 

Probably a clip ..... if you have a junkyard nearby, swapping the lid is probably the easiest fix.
